Planning: The Tune-Up
This process
uses data delivered by the planning team. Updated market surveys,
operational and financial data and internal employee audits are
prepared by management and used in the planning meeting. It is
designed for companies that have a well defined and effective
process that they have used several times. Hillcrest Associates

Objectives, Action Plans and accountabilities are reviewed with
the management team to insure that the team is moving forward
on the objectives they have set. The half day meetings insure
that the team stays aligned with the future they want and are
taking the Strategic Actions to get there. Performance is reviewed.
The team also assesses the goals and strategies they had set to
insure they are still valid.
